GMAT exams are flexible and you can take it whenever you desire. CAT on the other hand is once a year exam which is usually organized in November. Course curriculum is almost same for both and includes quantitative abilities, verbal and logical reasoning. However exam pattern is different, GMAT is adaptive where as CAT is not.

Hi
Both the tests are standardized ones and are required to maintain the uniformity across student's selection. If you avoid the testing, the universities might not be of good repute. Secondly, which master's you are planning to and where? What's the financial status etc are few things which are required to guide you further.

In the USA, they may not encourage a second MBA, as they consider it unnecessary. In India also, they may give more importance to work experience. So, think carefully.

Yes you Can ! Depending on college and country; work very hard. But i fear best colleges wont accept your application easily due to low percentile at graduation. But you can try your luck.

For MBA in Canada, you will first need to have relevant work experience. It could range from 2 years to 5 years. Most universities ask for this criteria to be fulfilled. Other than that, you will have to give GMAT and either IELTS or TOEFL exams.
