BITS Pilani Goa does offer direct admission to the ME course without them having to appear in the BITSAT exam. The institute offers admission to the ME course in three modes.  Board Topper's scheme offers direct admission if a candidate is a central/ state board topper, BITS Pilani offers direct admission to the specialisation of his choice, irrespective of their BITSAT score. Generally, BITS Pilani admission to most of the courses is based on candidates' performance BITS HD entrance test. Apart from the entrance test scores, students are also required to fulfill the minimum eligibility requirement set by the institute. 

 BITS Pilani Goa aceepts multiple entrance exams for its ME course. The institute prepares merit lists based on candidates performance in the entrance exam. The accepted entrance exams are as follows:

• Birla Institute of Technical Science Higher Degree Admission Test (BITS HD)
• Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)
• Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 

BITS Pilani Goa ME programme also known as Mechanical Engineering is an postgraduate degree that is equivalent to the M.Tech degree. The ME programme is offered across multiple specialisations as listed below:

• ME (Design Engineering)
• ME (Embedded Systems)
• ME (Mechanical)
• ME (Microelectronics)

BITS Pilani Goa does offers BE or Bachelors of Engineering course across multiple specialisations. The BE course is equivalent to BTech course. The duration of the BTech course is four years and has a total of eight semesters.  Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, etc., are few of the BE specialisations. 

BITS Pilani Goa BE admission is subject to merit lists. The lists are prepared based on candidate's past academic record, specialisation preference, availability of seats, and score in BITSAT exam. Candidates must make sure to have valid qulaification before beginning the admisson process. Class 12 with 75% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, including Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Electronics and Communication Engineering. 

JD Institute of Fashion Technology Goa offers a one-year Diploma in Fine Jewellery Design programme with an intake capacity of 20. The total fees for this JD Institute of Fashion Technology Goa course is Rs 1,50,000.

Students must have passed Class 10 with 40% marks to be eligible for admission.
