RKMGEC's faculty are a strong asset—well-qualified, approachable, and student-focused, committed to helping students academically and professionally. They bridge the gap where official curricula fall short. The main improvement area is the enhancement of practical exposure and periodic updating of course content. Overall, for a relatively new government engineering college, RKMGEC delivers solid academic support and mentorship through its faculty.
