No, the UPSSSC Village Development Officer (VDO) syllabus does not change every year. The syllabus for the UPSSSC VDO exam is generally stable and remains consistent for multiple exam cycles, unless there are significant updates or changes made by the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC). However, it's important to note that UPSSSC has the authority to revise or modify the syllabus if they deem it necessary. In such cases, the commission will release an official notification or update on their website, specifying the changes made to the syllabus.
