The process to edit the RRB NTPC application form is given below:
Login using registration number and password
Pay the modification fee
Click on the 'Modify Application' button
Proceed with the changes and submit the application form
Print the latest submitted RRB NTPC application form.
After final submission of ONLINE application, in case the candidates wish to make minor changes to correct inadvertent errors in the application, the correction of data other than RRB, email and mobile number can be done by paying the modification fee of INR 100 (Non-Refundable)

Only online applications are accepted for the exam. The hard copy of the admit card is not sent to candidates.

Candidates who appear in the first stage CBT are eligible for the refund of examination fee as per details. Candidates belonging to SC / ST/ ExSM/ PwBD/ Female/ Minority/EBC/Transgender categories will be entitled to get a full refund of their examination fees, which is INR 250. Whereas candidates belonging to General/EWS/OBC categories receive a partial refund of their examination fees, which is INR 400 after deducting the bank charges. The application fees for the RRB NTPC exam can be paid online and offline. On completion of the application process, candidates are directed to the payment page to choose payment mode-Bank (Online Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI and Offline Challan) or Post Office Challans as explained in Para 7 and complete the payment process. The application fees of RBI exam can be paid online only. RBI Grade B application fee for the General category is Rs 850 while it is Rs 100 for SC/ST/PwBD categories. RBI Assistant exam fee for General and OBC candidate is Rs 450 while it is Rs 50 for SC, ST, PWD, EXS candidates.

Candidates are required to verify the mobile number and email IDs after submitting the basic details. RRB NTPC application form needs to be filled online only. The application status is released after the same is over.

After final submission of RRB NTPC application form, in case candidates wish to make minor changes in the application form other than RRB email and mobile number, can do so by paying the modification fee of INR 100. The modification fee is applicable to all candidates including fee concession categories and this fee is not refunded for any category. In case, candidates wish to change their communities (from SC/ST to your/OBC), they need to pay the difference in examination fee I. e. INR 250 in addition to the modification fee. The candidates are selected on the basis of the Phase 2 exam. The phase 1 exam is 2 qualifying in nature. The candidates who qualifies for the phase 2 exam is called for interview. The final merit list and the recruitment is done on the basis of phase 2 exam and interview.
