Yes, you are eligible. Because the eligibility criteria of these courses specify that they require a graduate from a recognized institute.

Hi,
How can you compare both as they are totally different careers? Since being a science student, I will opt that doctor at AIIMS is better, I know you were talking about to crack IAS. That's why IAS is best, but you know, only 800 seats in AIIMS, so it mean getting a seat in AIIMS so tough. My Mom says- Another God on earth is a doctor. I am not saying that IAS is not good, but personally for me, it is not better than AIIMS doctor.
