As you are studying in Diploma CS branch, it is quite tough to be an engineer in railway as in railways there is less scope of computer engineer but you keep on trying as some post of booking ticket and cashier are came for it.

Patwari Exam is only for the applicants who possess a degree of Bachelor in any discipline from a recognized university and this is a Diploma course, not graduation, so you can't.
