It's nice to see that you are interested in banking jobs after completion of your Higher Secondary Education.
But, to apply for banking you must have the graduation degree:

In bank, you get mainly two positions in bank:
1. Bank PO
2. Bank Clerk

As you are already employed in government sector you might be seeking promotion. In that case kindly try to find out what kind of academic upgradation would provide you with the promotion at the earliest. I think this would suffice.

After B.Sc Hons Physics there are following career options:
(a) M.Sc-PhD to join as R&D professional
(b) B.Ed to become a teacher
(c) Lateral entry admission in B.Tech
(d) MCA
(e) M.Sc CS / IT
(f) MBA
(g) LLB
(h) Master in Social Works
(I) Master in Mass Communication
(j) Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC
(k) SSC exam for subordinate services
(l) CDS examination conducted by UPSC
(m) Asst Commandent exam conducted by UPSC for paramilitary forces.
(n) PO and clerical services examinations of Public Sector, etc.

Indian Railways fill their class I officers requirement by Indian Engineering Services examination, SCRA or promotion of class Ii officer to class I based on performance and experience. Unfortunately CSE is not a subject in Engineering Services Examination conducted by UPSC and you are not eligible for SCRA (it is after 12th). You may have to appear in Electronics paper in IES to become qualified to join Indian Railways. You can appear on Class II railway officer's job advertised regularly by RRB (Railway Recruitment Boards).

SELECTION AND ENTRY
Officers recruitment is advertised through the Employment News and all important National and Regional news papers/dailies. Selection for Permanent Commission through 10 + 2 NDA / Indian Naval Academy cadet entry and CDSE(Graduate) entry is through a written examination conducted by the UPSC, followed by an interview by the Service Selection Board (SSB).For all other Permanent Commission entries and Short Service Commission entries there is no written examination.
