GUJCET

Students who have passed or are appearing for their Class 12 Science stream board exams from GSEB, CBSE, CISCE, or other recognised boards in Gujarat can apply for the exam.

Candidates must be Indian citizens with a Gujarat domicile. They must be at least 17 years old and have qualified Class 12 with PCM or PCB from a recognised board.

The GUJCET exam will be conducted across 34 district-level test centres in Gujarat. Candidates can select preferred city, such as Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, or Vadodara, during registration.

The GUJCET exam is conducted offline as a pen-and-paper-based test. Candidates will receive an OMR answer sheet where they must darken the correct circles using a black or blue ballpoint pen.

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) conducts the GUJCET examination once a year.

The GUJCET syllabus is considered moderate in length and difficulty, closely following the GSEB and NCERT curriculum for Class 11 and 12.

The total duration of the GICET exam is 3 hours. Physics & Chemistry is held for 120 minutes, and Mathematics for 60 minutes.
