The application forms are out in second week of December and end around first week of January. The exam is generally conducted in last week of March. Results are released by April last week. Students who want to participate in the GUJCET Counselling need to first appear for the GUJCET entrance exam, attain a valid rank, and then register for the counselling process. 

The documents required for counselling are as follows:

• Class 10 and 12 Marksheet
• GUJCET Scorecard
• Transfer Certificate from School
• Caste Certificate
• PwD Certificate (if applicable)
• Income Certificate
• Candidate's Photograph 

The counselling process releases the seat allotment result in the form of opening and closing ranks for various categories, like General, OBC, ST, etc. under the Home State quota. 

Yes, the GUJCET exam is required for Ganpat University admission. The GUJCET entrance examination is a state-level exam conducted to shortlist students for admission to BTech and BPharma programs, offered by various colleges in Gujarat, this university being one of them.
