Depends on your research interest. Ph.D admissions are quite different out there. You must contact the universities yourself and also see if they have the research area. NTU would be best for technology research work, also NUS is Singapore's best. Best of Luck

If you are undergraduates than join JCHNE+ 1 year course or graduates or technical students than go for MNA+ 6 month course from Jetking.

Hi,
Being honest with you, there are no reputed college/university that offers degree in hardware and networking. All offers three years programme sort of courses.
Amongst the list, there is a degree course (BIT) being offered by IGNOU. You may contact them for further information.

Hello Arvinder,
If you go through various university sites you will find that September intake is the most popular. January intake is limited. Not many universities have a January intake. Fall or September intake is mostly encouraged as it has the maximum number of scholarship opportunities, internship opportunities and so on. You will find none or limited in January intake. The wise option is to opt a September intake.
Regards
Anu
