Opposite to the general perception that a studen need a conventional undergraduate degree atleast to get a good job, TechBee - HCL's Early Career Program, is an exclusive job-based programme for students looking for full-time jobs after Class 12th, thereby making them independent financially. The students who takes admission here undergo 12 months of training for entry-level IT Services and Digital support job profiles.

No, HCL TechBee, Madurai does not accept offline applications for admissions. The institute offers two job-ready courses, i.e. Early Career Programme for IT Services and Early Career Programme for Digital Process Support. Course offered for a duration of 12 months. These 12 months at HCL TechBee, Madurai provides an assurance of financial independence to the student after successful completion of the programme.

Candidates who want to pursue Early Career Programme for IT Services must pay a fee of INR 1.4 Lacs to the institute. The programme offered is a job-ready course which means that the students will get placed with job offer of an annual package of INR 1.7 Lacs per annum right after the successful completion of the course. Another programme offered at the institution is Early Career Programme for Digital Process Support, fees for which is INR 51,000.

Candidates, who have studied Mathematics/Business Mathematics with 60% marks and have passed class 12 with 60-75% according to the boards they are appearing to, are eligible to apply for the Early Career Programme for IT Services at HCL TechBee, Madurai. Candidates must also appear for the HCL CAT exam, candidates with 80 percent or above in IIT/JEE mains 2023 will be exempted from the same.

No, HCL TechBee is owned by HCLTech. Although the institute is a training partner under the National Skill Development Corporation. The institute is a non-public institute but still offers programmes at very nominal fees. Students also get a stipend for the duration of the internship during the course.
