The Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University is approved by the UGC and given a "A" grade by NAAC. HNBGU provides more than 700 undergraduate, graduate, certificate, and doctorate courses in 16 streams, 11 schools, 47 departments, and 2 centres (Agriculture and Allied Sciences, Commerce, Earth Science, Arts, Communication and Languages, and Law). The University, which was founded in 1973, has been elevated to the status of a Central University under the Central Universities Act of 2009.

Hemwati Nandan BAhuguna Garhwal University, Srinagar is a central university. Luckily, they consider CUET NTA scorecard and based on the merit, the admission is forwarded ahead. So you have to register yourself and apply therefore. But the first list has been released. May be you can try in spot counselling of the institute. For futher details and queries, you can post the question or get notifications and updates from the institutes' website.
So, basically, the schedule is after the result annoucment of NTA scorecards and your JEE Mains score.

HNBGU offers admission to BDS is based on NEET scores. HNBGU cutoff 2023 for NEET 2023 is yet to be released. Candidates can check the following table for last year:

HNGBU admission 2025 to various courses is based on CUET 2025 scores followed by counselling. HNBGU Uttarakhand accepts CUET-UG scores for admission to BSc, BPharm, BCom, BTech, BA, BHM, Integrated MSc, BCA, BBA, and BA LLB courses. Candidates whose names appear in the merit list are eligible to pay the admission fee for provisional admission.

HNBGU merit list 2023 for BTech course was released on Aug 14. Selected candidates had to deposit the fee by Aug 16 (5 PM). Further. The second round of HNBGU merit list 2023 for the BTech course was out on Aug 19. Earlier, the university had released BSc in Yogic science, Integrated 5 Years MSc Biotechnology and more in the month of August. HNGBU admission to various courses is based on CUET scores followed by counselling.
