Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University offers admission to candidates mainly based on CUET scores of the candidates. The university accepts CUET-UG for BTech, BA, BPharm, etc. and CUET-PG for most of the PG courses. Aspirants are allotted seat via CUET Counselling after the release of merit. Beyond classes - My experience at DBS.
Placements: From what I have seen, the placement opportunities at Doon Business School are good. Students get exposure to companies from different fields. Especially finance, marketing, HR, sales, and business development. The college also focuses on preparing students for interviews and aptitude tests for jobs. Industrial visits and internships are another plus point as they give you an idea of what the corporate world feels like.
Infrastructure: I like the overall campus and the infrastructure at Doon Business School. The classrooms are very comfortable and there are facilities like Wi-Fi, library space and areas for extracurricular activities. There are also sports facilities, so the college life is not only about academics. The hostel facilities are also decent. Having mess and other basic facilities available on campus make the life of the student more convenient. I also feel that the campus is designed in such a way that encourages students to participate in various events and competitions.
Faculty: I have had a pretty good experience with the faculty at DBS. Mostly our teachers are approachable. They are always willing to help whenever students have doubts. The curriculum is a mix of theory and practical work. So we do not just sit and study from the books. We have a number of presentations, projects, and activities that make classes way more interesting.
Other: I chose BBA because I wanted to understand different areas of business before deciding where I wanted to specialize. What I like most about DBS is the exposure we get through events, industrial visits, internships and different student activities. Many activities are happening around the campus and students get opportunities to participate in events, competitions, industrial visits, presentations and workshops.

Review about DBS Global University.
Placements: Honestly, there are more than 350 recruiters coming to DBS. We have recruiters from sectors like FMCG, consulting, banking, tech, E-commerce, etc., coming for recruitment. Companies like HCL Tech, ICICI, Deloitte, Flipkart, Wipro, etc., come for recruitment. Approximately 98% of students got placed this year. Our college claims that this year the placement percentage will increase. The average salary package offered is 8.7 LPA, and the highest package is 40 LPA. 20% of students grabbed an average salary package of 13.2 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of DBS is quite interesting because it contains all the facilities such as Wi-Fi 24X7, SAS and SAP labs. We also have spacious classrooms, libraries, and sports activities such as badminton, football, table tennis, etc. There are 3 college canteens, and mess facilities are also available, providing hygienic food.
Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive and helpful. They are very friendly. Even if you have silly questions, they don't make you feel intimidated. Most of them hold Ph.D. s and have industry experience, and it actually shows how they teach in the class. The course curriculum is relevant because, with theory, they will take students to industry visits for experience. Semester exams feel easy because the faculty teaches us very well. Approximately 99% of the class passes the semester exams.
Other: I have chosen BBA because of the opportunities in corporate sectors. I like to manage activities and all. Campus life is very interesting here because of the crowd, friends, fests, and most interesting is Genesis. Genesis is the most interesting fest, which runs for 1 month, in which all the courses compete with each other by making brands. This is very helpful to learn branding and marketing.

My experience as a fresher in college.
Placements: As per my knowledge and what I have heard from my seniors, the placement percentage is low. If anyone has skills, they can get placements off campus. I haven't seen any top companies during my time. If anyone is referred by an alumnus to their company, they can get a job there. The internship percentage is good but not great. Anyone can get an internship, but you need skills to get a paid internship.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is great. Wi-Fi, labs, and a library are available and are in good condition. The classrooms are not that great. There are no smart boards. Teacher's voice is sometimes inaudible from the last bench. There should be speakers and a microphone for lectures. Hostel facilities are available, but the seats are very limited. Only three students from each branch of B.Tech are allotted hostel seats based on merit. The food in the canteen is great, but the prices are a little high. An ambulance is available for emergencies. Buses are also available every 30 minutes for students.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They offer extra classes for students who have missed lectures or need additional help. Teachers are very qualified and knowledgeable. In fact, they share not only theoretical knowledge but also their life experiences with us, which keeps us motivated and helps us.
Other: Political parties are present on campus, which can be helpful for students. At the time of selection, students enjoy the DJ night, and the environment on the campus is full of excitement and chaos.

It's all good here. You can visit and see.
Placements: I am in the 2nd batch of this course. The 1st batch is going to pass next year, so right now I don't have placement information. For other courses, we see placements in B.Pharma, with companies like Alembic, Manforce, Dr. Reddy's, and others. Roles include data analyst and industrial pharmacy roles.
Infrastructure: Facilities are really good. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and library are in good condition, with good infrastructure. I stayed in hostel for 4 years. It was a good experience. It needs some improvement, but it is worth staying. Sports are also conducted, like Pharmacy Day, annual sports, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are really good in our college. They are really supportive and helpful. We go for hospital duties and industrial visits. Hospital duties are long, like months. That is really helpful to gain knowledge about our profession. Semester exams are tough, but they are easy when you study hard.
Other: The campus is developing right now. Events are good but not regular. Our college has more courses.

My experience as a student.
Placements: We are the 1st batch of B.Tech, so the placement records are not available yet. The university has been conducting several industry training programs with HCLTech and has started with AWS recently. The students from different courses have decent placements.
Infrastructure: We have well-equipped labs, with Wi-Fi access across the campus and a library for academic resources. Hostel facilities are decent, with proper hygienic and healthy food. Basic medical support is available across campus, and we have good sports amenities.
Faculty: Teachers are supportive, qualified, and well-trained in explaining the concepts. The curriculum designed has been great and relevant with practical learning. Semester exams are somewhat difficult, and most students perform well throughout the academic year.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in the growing technologies. The practical learning and industry exposure are its strengths. Sometimes, the schedule could be hectic, which should be worked on. The campus hosts several cultural and technical events throughout the year, and has great surroundings and atmosphere.

Processing charges and GST as applicable are chargeable to the candidate (in addition to the examination fee) by the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway Integrator. The Confirmation Page of the online Application Form will be generated only after successful payment by the
