There are many such cases covered by the news itself.This is totally the invigilator's duty to sign the admit card .IT IS None of your fault in this matter and you can't do retarding this matter as well .The only thing you can do and you should do is Wait till the orders of higher authorities.

In April 2022, the application period for MCA admission opened. Many colleges, including Nalanda Open University, Mumbai University, Madras University, ICFAI University, and others, are now accepting applications for MCA admission in 2022. There's a separate committee for internships here in HPNLU and they prepare good placement brochures for each batch to attract placement companies The college is in its initial phase, so the infrastructure is not so good but the library is in its best condition. Internet is provided in the hostel and college Food is also good.

The admission process of all NIFTs in India is common. NIFT release application form in online mode in first week of December every year. The online application form will be available till the mid of January. The admit cards will be released in the January last week and Exam will be conducted in the first week of February. The scholarships and loans facilities are available for needed students in NIFT. At present, NIFT Kangra has the hostel facility for girls only. The placement facility of NIFT students is satisfactory and assist in placement of students.

For taking admission in the second year, you must have a transfer Certificate from a recognized university. And you cant change your subject on transferring to another college you need to pursue the same subject of study. In some colleges, there is a condition that you must have scored really well like more than 9 SGPA to guest admission.
