R. D. National College offers UG, PG, and Doctoral courses in the field of Arts, Science, and Commerce. At the UG level, the college offers B.A. B.Com and B.Sc. Degrees in multiple specializations along with BMS, B. M. and B.Sc. In IT. At the PG level, the college offers M.A. M.Sc. , and M.Com courses. In addition to UG and PG courses, the college also imparts a Ph.D. degree at the research level. Admissions to all the UG and PG programs at the R. D. National College are done on the basis of merit as per the University of Mumbai guidelines. While Ph.D. admissions are based on entrance tests like PET/SET/NET/JRF followed by a Personal Interview conducted by the college.

Diploma (health administration) or Diploma in Health Administration is a 1 to a 2-year Diploma for undergraduates this course provides students with a platform for learning managerial techniques related to the health sector the eligibility criterion of a Diploma in Health Administration is to qualify 10+2 with a recognised board from a recognised institute with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks the admission process for the course is the entrance exam taken by colleges and universities the entrance exams are CAT MAT XAT CMAT and GMAT the average fee of the colleges and universities are INR 4,000 to INR 12 Lacs.
