Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview based on marks obtained in graduation. Ideally, you can if you have met the other requirements like sufficient academic grades, good IELTS scores, etc. As far as the gap is concerned this will also depend on the nature of the gap, how valid and genuine it is. If it was work experience, it won't be considered as a gap. Now, you need to check with the universities for the specific requirements, GRE is not mandatory for all universities in Canada, so accordingly check on university websites and email them.

The eligibility criteria for M.Sc in hospitality administration:
1) Candidate should have secured 55% or more in their B.Sc degrees.
2) Candidate should have completed their graduate degrees B.Sc with physics, chemistry or maths as one of their subjects from a recognized university in Science stream.
3) Marks required for admission to one of these courses may vary from institute to institute.
