Hi Suraj, you can apply for NHCM JEE entrance exam and you have to score a good rank in that to get the admission in any top college of MAHARASHTRA and other states as well

You can apply for master's courses of abroad. Hospitality industry of Canada is much better than India. There are more than 30 + colleges abroad. Few colleges are mentioned below -
-University of Calgary.
-SAIT Polytechnic school of hospitality.

Yes, of course, you can apply for graduation course after the gap, for that you need to get a Certificate mentioning your gap. That Certificate is called a gap Certificate. You can also apply for open university for that you don't need any certificate
