Hello, National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Examination or NCHMCT JEE (also known as NHCM JEE) is a national-level entrance exam conducted to offer admission to aspirants in hospitality and hotel administration programmes. Culinary arts programs focus on building exceptional preparation and cooking skills, while hotel management programs focus on administrative tasks. A culinary arts programme may contain content in nutrition and sensory evaluation, cuisine, international cuisine and meat Science. Culinary Arts is a part of Hotel Management course, you can go for graduation or else you can have Diploma in Culinary art as well.

You can pursue -
1)any specializations from top MBA specializations like HR, marketing, finance, operation etc. Or
2) high specialised programme ( which are more suitable to student from specific courses) like MBA in pharma management or MBA in law, tourism,. In your case you can pursue MBA in
- marketing ( most suitable demanding specializations)
- tourim
- hospital management
- service management
- Hotel Management
A highly specialised MBA programme has it's worth if done from top b schoolnfor that specializations. The competition is low but the skill is also demanding. You should pursue MBA in tourism if it is from top b school like IITM Gwalior. MBA in sales and marketing is more demanding and sustainable MBA specializations. 1. Eligibility criteria of JD Birla Institute Kolkata : A student seeking admission to the different M.Sc courses must have passed the B.Sc (Hons. ) in anyone from the following with minimum 55% of marks. a) Home Science with specialisation in Food & Nutrition
b) Food & Nutrition
c) Food Science & Nutrition Management
d) Food Science & Processing
e) Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics either
2. Eligibility criteria of Sharda University Noida : Graduation with minimum 55% marks in Home Science/ Nutrition & Dietetics/ Food Science/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Life Science/ BNYS (Naturopathy)/ BAMS (Ayurveda).
3. Eligibility criteria of LPU for M.Sc. (Nutrition and Dietetics) : Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Bachelors of Science Degree (Home Science or Medical or Non-Medical or Bio sciences or Medical Science and Allied Medical or Nutrition and Dietetics or Food Technology or Veterinary Microbiology and Parasitology or Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology or Clinical Chemistry or Public Health and Allied Sciences) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST. So from above B.Sc. Hotel management and Food Science students are not eligible for the asked course.
