BBA could be a better choice as HM from NIHM is more valuable. Value for money of Jamai BBA is very high. Although HM could be more job oriented and lucarative after course completion.

1)any specializations from top MBA specializations like HR, marketing, finance, operation etc. Or
2) high specialised programme ( which are more suitable to student from specific courses) like MBA in pharma management or MBA in law, tourism,. In your case you can pursue MBA in
- marketing ( most suitable demanding specializations)
- tourim
- hospital management
- service management
- Hotel Management

Class 10th from NIOS is equivalent to a degree from any other secondary board like CBSE, NCERT, State Board. So You can apply basis on NIOS degree considering you should meet other required minimal criteria for admission in Hotel Management.
