Jai Hind College, Mumbai is one of the top most colleges in Mumbai and to get admission into it you need to be above 90 percent. Your PCM marks are 53% percent. So, I guess you will not be able to get admission into it.

For joining hotel management courses one has to complete his 12th with English or appearing in 12th. NCHMCT conducts NCHM-JEE exam every year for B.Sc-HHA (3 years) undergraduate programme at various IHMs and SIHMs located in India.

Yes, in India many colleges are available but here you can go for bakery Diploma programme from any IHM which is near to your home, like IHM Kurukshetra, IHM Mumbai, IHM Pusa, IHM Jaipur and more.
