The eligibility to join M.Sc in hotel management is that you have to score more than 60% in your Bachelor's degree.

For Ph.D, you have to first complete your master's. After graduation, you are not eligible for Ph.D. So, first complete Master's degree for Ph.D. Good luck.

You can get entrance guides or coaching books from reputed publishers such as Arihant. Most of the questions would be listed in these books.
