If you want to stick to goal i.e chef, I would recommend you to choose Diploma in chef, as in hotel management, you have to focus on various stuffs.

Yes, it is possible, as for masters they ask for graduation degree you can easily pursue it.

Yes, you can work in Hotel Industry, as you have master of philosophy degree in Hotel Management and Tourism.

Candidates must have secured least 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10 point scales (55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10 point scale in case of SC/ ST) in B.Sc / B.Sc Hons / BCA / BIT of minimum three years full time with Mathematics/ Statistics/ Equivalent subject, as one of the subject from a recognized University. So, as long you fulfil the criteria even though you have done B.Sc IT, you are eligible.
