Hotel Management abroad is becoming very popular these days. Especially from Australia. You can get scholarship in tuition fee only if you have scored more than 90% in your previous exam. Also you have higher in entrance. Regarding covering your other expenses - students do part time jobs (it is quite popular) abroad.

Please go through their website and apply online. They accept all India entrance scores. They also conduct their own entrance where students have not appeared for any entrance. Going through the entrance is quite simple (just a formality). And then you will be told to pay the fees. Admission done.

I think, you first go on student visa. After completing the course you have to get work permit and then while working you can apply for PR. Normally, it takes 2-3 years for the PR to get through.
