No, you cannot go for PG in civil engineering. You have 2 options: First is to proceed with Masters in Hotel Management and second is an MBA. If you are willing to do PG in civil engineering then you have to first complete Bachelor in civil engineering. Or, if you face a problem you can call on this number.

Yes of course, you don't need experience for a MS courses. It is required for MBA. You can check universities in Australia and New Zealand. There are many programme options and post study work options are good. You can also try US and UK.

Yes, you can definitely apply for IIHM there are no such criteria that you cannot apply of you have gap in your 10th and 12th standard.
