Yes, you can appear in NCHMCT-JEE-2019 exam. The eligibility criteria is as under. Eligibility for Admission: - A pass in 10+2 system of Senior Secondary examination or its equivalent with English as one of the subjects. Candidate must have passed English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) in the qualifying examination. Those appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear in JEE 2019 on provisional basis. Provisional admission will stand cancelled if proof of having passed the qualifying examination (10+2 or its equivalent) is not submitted at the time of counselling or at the time of admission or the latest

For this, you have to approach the college authorities directly. Few colleges not even accept the same. Get it checked with them once for more clarity.

No, calculator are not allowed in NCHMCT JEE exams even pen, paper, bracelets, no open hair for girls, no jewelry items are allowed in exam hall.

NCHMCT JEE exam can be write after passing class 12th or appearing in class 12th in respective year of NCHMCT JEE. Hence, you can write the NCHMCT JEE in next year i.e. 2020.
