That is based on numerous factors. As of my knowledge the state governments do offer a line of scholarships for students from the particular state. So for further details please contact your college administration. They can help you get a scholarship.

It would be difficult to answer that, as admission cycle changes each year. But you are close and you do have a shot at getting IHM-Pusa. Also, choose IHM-Mumbai as a backup.
