In Dubai, the average salary is 1200 AED. But it depends on other factors. If you are a fresher, you might get around 1000 AED. You also get service charge & tips which depend on the occupancy of the hotel. Usually, you get more money from service charge & tips combined than your salary. My friends never used to withdraw money from their salary card. They just use the tip money for their daily expenses, they used to withdraw huge amount at a time and send it to their bank accounts in their respective countries.
