Hi, Every university has its own admission process hence please specify the college you are looking for better assistance. Below are the few entrance exam for Hotel Management course:
1. NCHM JEE : National level
2. UPSEE BHMCT State level
3. IPU CET BHMCT University level.

Every college is different and hence their admission criteria also varies. Do not lose your hope apply for the course in which you want to enroll, there are many colleges where the admission is based on counselling and personal interview. But you need to check the eligibility criteria of the college before applying and you can check the same on their website.

The decision will be based on your interest because BHM is a different course than MBA. BHM is a Bachelors' degree and on completion will give you a chance to directly go for managerial positions in the hospitality industry whereas MBA is a post graduation course for better career prospects. You can also read about BHM in details and then compare the two.

The initial salary will be Rs 15,000-Rs 20,000, which can go up to Rs 35,000 with 2-3 years of hard work.
After graduation, one can join as a management trainee and after 18 months of the training programme, you can get the position of assistant restaurant manager & earn about Rs 25,000. I assume that you completed a degree course in hotel management in India. If so, you can apply for Masters in travel and tourism course carried out by IGNOU and other universities. Or else, you can also do MBA in tourism from IITM or any other similar universities.
