Hi,
I suggest you to specialize in MBA-Hospitality Management, if not able to pursue on a regular mode, I suggest you to complete it through distance mode. This will be an addition in your resume, and will create difference in your career profile. You will be promoted to higher designation, and on the other hand, you will get to learn about the present trends in the hotels theoretically. I suggest you to specialize MBA in Food and Beverage Service during your specialization period. This will help you. All the best.

The decision you make will lead you to your dreams. I suggest you to do it right. Everything will be fine next. All the best.

No, IGNOU doesn't provide any one year HM courses, but there is an option for Diploma in tourism. If you are interested in tourism, it is your choice.

As per online sources, this is the package offered based on the skill level in the hotel. A career in hotel management is very promising for any aspiring individual. Though the starting salary for a fresher is INR 10,000 to INR 15,000 a month, for management trainees in top hotels, the salary is around INR 20,000. Within two - three year, the individual can get promoted to supervisory level. Upon reaching the managerial level, a lucrative salary of INR 50,000 per month is earned by the graduate.
