The difference between two are hotel management degree is about a student studying about 4 core departments of the hotel like Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, Front Office and Housekeeping with this other trades also like HR, Computer Allied Operations and many. This is a course emphasising on full on knowledge about the hotel operations. When I talk about culinary degree here I'm emphasising more on learning more about cooking rather than other operations in the hotel. You will learn detailed structure of the hotel food production. Food production is called as culinary. You learn various things about Culinary in Culinar

IHM Pusa is best for pursuing Hotel Management as the college has a strong brand image, it is well recognised in the industry and has large alumni base.
The placement from the Institute is also very good. The companies visit the IHM Pusa campus for Management Trainee program.
The companies from different domains visit the IHM Pusa campus such as Hotels, Travel Agencies, Quice service restaurants and retail.
Being a government institute the fee is also less, it is approx 80K per annum.
