In my opinion, opting for Hunar Se Rozgar course after a full-time degree in hotel management isn't a wise choice as you will be taught the things that you've already covered in your degree.
If you are interested in food production join a five star hotel or restaurant at an entry level ( Commi 3) position. You will get a lot more to learn there and you can grow up the ladder.
