Hi Manan,
No, you can't do BHM after 10th. For pursuing BHM from any university or college, it's mandatory that the candidate must have completed class 12th from any specific recognized board, and from any stream.

As it is obvious that none of us can tell this before as what package he/she will get after getting placed in a company. It all depends upon the recruiting company and the skills one is having. But it surely depends upon your academic performance, which will definitely help you out in getting a good package.

For getting admission in UEI for BHM, firstly, the candidate have to submit application online for admissions. After that, the admission to the course will be based on marks scored in UEI Global aptitude test.

The IHMs of the country however, follow their own admission process. All applicants are required to appear for an All-India Joint Entrance Examination conducted by NCHM (National Council for Hotel Management).
