Hello, there are very less chances for admission because the criteria is that you need to appear in the entrance exam. If you haven't given the exam it wouldn't be possible. The only chance that you have is to contact the university and ask for any paid seats for the course.

NCHM JEE 2018 Eligibility Criteria related to Qualifying Examination:
Candidates must have passed 10+2 system of senior secondary examination or its equivalent with English as one of the subjects. Passing English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) in the qualifying examination is mandatory.
