Hello Evangel, These days many Universities are offering distance education. However the best I found is IGNOU. It has plenty to offer, course content is the best and enough time for submission of assignments. Go for this.

For Government Institute of Hotel Management, you can take direct admission for Diploma but you are eligible as per their terms and conditions. It includes English subject, age, and 12th pass mark sheet. And there is no entrance exam, but a counselling session held in the institute for admission.

It will depend on the counselling pattern and zonal distribution of qualified candidates whose ranks are above than yours. So give first preference to IHM Chandigarh and then others. Do not select Delhi as you will not get it at this rank; it is very low for IHM Delhi.

It is a good college. It belongs to Lalit Group of Hotels. Its placements are quite good. You will get good exposure. Attend all the counselling rounds and as per the category, check the cutoffs of NCHMCT JEE 2017.
