10+2 is a min. criteria for any admission process. Then eligible candidates need to appear for the Common Hospitality Aptitude Test (CHAT) conducted by the institute.

There is no concession on the basis of rank in IHMs. However, concessions are granted to economically backward SC, ST and OBC students by some of the state governments. You need to check with the government of your state whether they give scholarships to these students or not. If they provide scholarship, you can avail up to 100% concession on tuition fee. Thanks!
