Yes, you can. If you belong to the general category. Your age must be below 21. If you are an SC/ST candidate, your age should be below 25.

Dear Vijay,
Generally, there is no age limit for education and you can do HM at any age. However, government IHMs have an age limit of 22 years for general category and 25 years for reserved category students.
Most of the private institutes have no age restrictions.

If you belong to the general category, you should be less than 22 years and if from reserved category, it should not be more than 25 years as on 1st August 2018.
