It's better to opt for a job after hotel management course as this is more of the individual customer oriented job. You need to interact with individuals day in and day out. You need to interact with each and every customer in a different tone, Not only domestic but foreign tourists too. So, you need to focus on both English, Hindi and other foreign languages too. Many hotels and bigger brands have a different tradition which the employee needs to follow and stick to it without fail. Department of Hotel Management, Christ University was set up in 1991. The official website informs that: The Department of Hotel Management has 11 full-time faculties, with relevant industry and teaching experience, the department has also put forth a Diploma course in wine studies which is the first of the kind in the country. This is very difficult to answer still I will try. As it depends on you skill sets and attitude. Also, whats your expertise and choice of department. Hotel Industry is never a tough place to work but everyone is not made for that. Also, which brand have you selected. So you have to weight your work life balance then to decide.
