Surely, you can go with BHM (Bachelor of hotel management). I study in Garden City University and I feel, it would be the best. This because, I know the things better. The admission procedure is too easy just pass class 12th and get in contact with Garden City University (you can get more details from Google).

Hi,
Some of the top colleges for hotel management are IHM Delhi, IHM Chennai, Christ University, IHM Lucknow and Bangalore.
Eligibility criteria is 50% in 10+2.
Entrance exams: NCHMCT JEE, AIMA UGAT, IIHM and e-CHAT.

For HM course, you will have to clear NCHM exam, which is a national level exam. The forms are out for this session. You should have 50% in your graduation to apply for this exam.
You can pursue a Diploma in hotel management but it will be more beneficial if you opt for a degree rather than a Diploma. The reason is that the area is wide and one can develop yourself. The educational institutes which are very famous for their quality education, provide good infrastructure like:
Lovely Professional University
Panjab University
University of Hyderabad
IHM, Gurdaspur

The eligibility depends on the type of course that you wish to pursue, the details of some courses is stated below:
Diploma; Class 10th pass from a recognised board with a minimum of 40% marks.
Bachelors Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.
Post-graduation degree: Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks.
Graduate & PG programmes may also require you to appear in entrance exams such as NCHMCT, AIMA UGAT, E-CHAT, etc.
