Both the criteria for enrollment to the course is different. You can purse your Diploma in aviation and in future you can apply for Indian Navy. But if you want to start your career in Indian Navy than you have to opt the course accordingly. You can join SRM for hotel management they have really good placement record. The course they offer and the facilities are ample for you to learn and best is it is in your budget and my honest opinion you should join SRM. The location is also a big advantage for SRM it is in outer skirts of Chennai but very well connected to Chennai with local trains and buses.

Yes, you might get admission in hotel management. As your 12th marks should be good but the entrance exam they take your marks should be best in that. So, you should focus on entrance exam.

After your 12th, you need to give hotel management entrance test. After that, you can do hotel management course with bachelor degree.

The eligibility criteria for NCHMCT is to qualify class 12th independent of stream. So, if you have qualified class 12th class with aggregate of 60%, then you are eligible for NCHMCT.
