Before the suggestion of books for hotel management entrance, we have to understand the syllabus and exam pattern for this. Don't worry, no need to search for particular books for hotel management as the entrance pattern is quite similar to banking and management entrance examination.
Subject pattern:
Numerical ability and analytical aptitude, reasoning, general knowledge and current affairs, English language skills.

One of the basic exam would be either IELTS or GRE. Most of the Germany institutions ask for IELTS. It is the English language proficiency test which is a must.
