Dear Simra, you can go for Hotel Management course. For admission to a course in hotel and catering management there is NCHM JEE. The test was on Apr.28, 2018. Other than this there are some university specific tests conducted by various universities. Some universities also offer direct admission on the basis of your marks in previous qualifying exam. There are some good universities like Lovely Professional University, Christ, Symbiosis, etc. That are offering various degrees in hotel and catering management. Hi, Admission to all the courses offered at Amity University is granted through an English Essay test conducted by the University. Once the entrance test has been cleared, the candidate needs to clear an interview round/group discussion round (depending on course selection). Hi Tanuj, No, maths is not mandatory to appear in NCHMCT JEE exam. Candidates are eligible to apply for NCHMCT JEE 2018 if they cleared their 10+2 or its equivalent examination with English as one of the subjects studied. Apart from this, candidates will meet the eligibility criteria for NCHMCT JEE only if they have secured passing marks in English (core/elective/functional) in their qualifying examination.

Both of these courses have their own merits. Those who have a interest in the airline industry can choose BBA in airport management. The job opportunity is limited to the airline industry and on other hand after completing BBA in hotel management, candidates can join in departments like supervisor, lodging department, restaurant and food service department in the hotel industry, transportation companies, airlines.

B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration is generally for 3 years duration and in most of the colleges the admission will be based on NCHMCT JEE score, while BHM is for 4 years duration. Apart from this, there is no such major difference as both the degrees are equally recognised by industry and for other purposes.
