You can go for international institute of culinary arts (IICA) because IICA students are given a combination of classroom lectures & the best industrial exposure to ensure that each student gets the finest work opportunities upon completion of their course. So, in practical experiments, student get more knowledge. Here are the requirements for the same (IICA)
1) 12thPass with 60% avg. Percentage or higher
2) IICA Entrance Test (General Knowledge + English Language + Aptitude).

Do not lose your hope apply for the course in which you want to enroll, there are many colleges where the admission is based on entrance exam, counselling and personal interview. According to last year's cut-off, if you are a general category student then you can't as last year the last admitted rank was somewhere in 1300. But, you are SC/ST or OBC, then you can easily get it.
