Eligibility depends on type of Hotel Management course which you wish to pursue and details of some courses is stated below:
Diploma Class 10th pass from a recognised board with minimum 40% marks.
Bachelors Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.
Post-graduation degree: Bachelors degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks. Graduate & PG programs may also require you to appear in entrance exams such as NCHMCT, AIMA UGAT, E-CHAT, etc.

No, it is not possible. You have to complete your class 12th to join Hotel Management course.

Hotel Management courses are offered at various levels, that's why eligibility criteria also vary depending.
Here is basic idea of eligibility criteria for Hotel Management courses:
UG: Class 12 from any stream + 50%
PG: UG degree from a recognized university.
Diploma/Certification: Class 12 or Class 10 scores.

Avg. salary of a Hotel Manager in India is INR 4.4 LPA.
But salary package can be different according to college placements, company, location, job roles, experience, skills, etc.
