You have put together too different options to choose from. The question is not which is a better option but which is as per your interest and capabilities.
If you have a analytical mind and you have a strong academic background then do Btech.
If you have great communication skills and enjoy argumentative conversations, good in English then take up Law.
If you have god social skills and a people's person take hotel management.
And if you are more of a leader with organisational skills and have a business acumen then do MBA.
You should take a career test to decide your strengths rather than evaluating which field is good. They all have their pros and cons. It is about what suits you.
