1. Travel Journalist- My top choice for you would be this as you can do all of the above by being this. You can opt for this by taking a course in English honours or Journalism and Mass Communication.You can actually travel lots of place, be a part of various other cultures and traditions, and give immense pleasure to your taste buds by the cuisine of several lands. To be a successful journalist, two things are absolutely essential, 1.Your knowledge in English 2.Your skill of communication. Without these two skills, it will be very difficult to be a travel journalist.
2. Event Manager- You can do a Event Management course and organise events all around the world, have the best caterers, destinations for your clients.
3. Resort Manager/ Travel guide- you could take up a course in Tourism and Hospitality Management and travel countries by being a guide or manage resorts in amazing beaches and islands.
4. Hotel Manager/ Chef- You can take up courses in Hotel Management and travel from one destination and have a culinary expertise by taking culinary courses.
5. Air host/ Pilot- You can take up course in Air Hostess training or even Aviation Management. To become a pilot you can take specilized training in pilot training and flying certifications.

There are mainly two ways form which yo can choose your path to become a good chef.
First would be go for a bachelors in culinary skills or hotel management from Institutes like Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), nstitute of Hotel Management (The Taj Group of Hotels), The Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Management, Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Oberoi Group's Systematic Training and Education Programme (STEP), Delhi Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Indian Institute Of Hotel Management & Culinary Arts. Then get some good experience in best hotel chains like Taj, Leela, Marriot. Simultaneously you should get craft courses or culinary certifications from India or abroad. If you can afford it then getting these certifications from abroad colleges would be very good such as Culinary Institute of America, Cornell University, New York University, Le Cordon Bleu, Paris.
Second option would be become an apprenticeship from a reputed hotel like ITC, Taj Or ITDC and most of the five star properties help you pursue the course and select your specialisation say food and production management. Do a certificate course and work in there kitchen for next 5-6 years. You can look for more opportunities and study more about the different cuisines and basics about the food, nutrition, presentation.

For admission to a course in hotel and catering management, there is NCHM JEE. The test was on April 29, 2017. Other than this there are some university specific tests conducted by various universities. Some universities also offer direct admission on the basis of your marks in previous qualifying exam.
There are some good private universities like LPU, GNA, CU, etc that are offering various degrees in hotel and catering management. They are the institutions that offer on job training opportunities to students wherein students get an opportunity to work with reputed hotels. Even the placements are very good.
Some of these universities are even offering good scholarships to students on the basis of their previous qualification.
