Hi Saumya,
For PGDM (HR) Sri Balaji Society Pune is best option. BIMM (Balaji Institute of Modern Management) is its best college & BIMHRD (Balaji Institute of Management & Human Resource Development) is specially for the Human Resource Course. Apart from this JIMS Rohini is also good for PGDM (HR) because their faculty who taught HR subjects are highly knowledgeable and experienced in their field. But Placements in HR are very few and late. It takes place till the last month of ending of the session and almost 60% of the students are placed yet. In terms of placements JIMS is the best college if you will talk about Marketing than HR bu

Hello!
XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD, SIBM are some colleges renowned for their HR programs and placements. Various lucrative opportunities are still available for HR students, provided they pursue their MBA only from the top-ranked colleges.

Hello,
Both are good options and every field is having less and high packages either it is HR or textiles. Both are having good scope. But specially, you asked about salary so the packages depend on company which hire you and most important is your college if you are doing from IIMs or top schools then in both branch will give you good hike and second thing is your knowledge. So, decide stream according to your area of interest and your skills.

It depends on your score. If you have better options than Balaji, then go for it but as far as I know, if you have 75 percentile to 80 percentile than BIMM is a good option even in PM&HRD, many good companies come for recruitment like Vedanta, Amazon, Cognizant, TCS, etc. who offers 12-14 LPA. I guess, it is much better than any other college, but if you have 90 percentile + in CMAT and 80-90+ in CAT, then go for Welingkar Mumbai, NIRMA, TAPMI, KJ, FORE Delhi, etc., but if you have below 80 in CAT, then Balaji is the best option. The only cons I think is its 365 days working culture, with a 90+ attendance, but if you can sustain its wo

This year, the average package offering is approx. 6.5 LPA at Balaji College. In HR specialization it is around 5.5 LPA but HR provides good companies as compared to other specialisations.

Yes. You may go for it but make sure that it is a regular one. As regular courses give you more better picture of the course and also, their certificates have strong hold as compared to distance ones. Make sure you have your experience certificate along. It can be used at the time of applying elsewhere.

Hi Harshith!
Yes, you can go for human resources specialisation after three years of Diploma in business administration. You need to appear for the entrance exam. After clearing this, you will get admission in PGDM.
Best of luck.
