Yes, you can. There are many other entrance exams which you can try like CMAT and many colleges conduct their own entrance exams so even without writing CAT you can go for MBA.

The choice of stream is purely based on your interests. You don't need to be extremely good with numbers to be an analyst on finance. But once you get admission in any college, you will go through basics of each subject. Then you can choose.

Yes, you can pursue MBA in HR from colleges like TISS, XLRI, Symbiosis, etc. HR is a relevant field for your background experience and skills you have developed over the years.

MBA in HR and twin programming in Germany cannot be compared as they are very different programmes. In twin programming, you will get twin degree, one from Christ and the other from the university in Germany.
