There are total 29 students of IILU IILM University, registered on Youth 4 work platform. Out of 29 students, there are 6 males, 19 females and 4 students who haven t shown willingness to specify their gender in their respective profiles. The Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management admits students to its MBA in Human Resource Management course on the basis of CAT scores.
According to the most recent data, the cutoff for an MBA in HRM was in the 70th percentile on the CAT exam to be selected for the selection process. The final cutoff after the personal interview and group discussion rounds was 80 percentile for the general category.

MBA is a professional programme, you must evaluate the colleges/university on following parameters before taking a plunge:
Curriculum: If all the curriculum is continuously upgraded and developed with consultations and feedback of industry. Since management is a highly dynamic field, you can't afford a programme which is stuck in obsolete theories and syllabi. Pedagogy: The teaching pedagogy forms the backbone of how the programme is delivered, more the practical, better it is. Maximum exposure to practicals and internships more chances of becoming a well rounded professional.
