Whatever specialisation you take, there is going to be a common subject in your first year. The level of difficulty will be different from individual to individual. May be, law is very easy for me, PMS is very easy for me but same may not be in your case. Irrespective of specialisation you chose, you need to give equal number of assignments, project and time. So, first check what is your aptitude and interest, your own capability, career dimension and then choose your specialisation. As far as the scope is concerned, scope in terms of what? There is CMOs for those who have become CEOs, there are CHROs who have also become CEOs.
