You can do BBA then MBA in HR, Now a days MBA in Human Resources is a very demanding profession and the demand is likely to increase over time. The basic reason for this is, personnel are the most important part of any organisation, therefore management of the personnel is the most important task to be focused on. A student with an MBA in HR can avail high packages by providing their services in companies. Not only nationally, but the scope of this work is also increasing globally. The difference is very fundamental. An MBA gives one a thorough grounding in all aspects of the business profession. An individual may concentrate in a particular area, but will still be required to take a certain number of core courses in finance, economics, accounting, marketing, MS and management. SIIB is a good college and the placements are improving every year as can be seen from certain stats and the reviews of the students pursuing courses in the stated Institute. But there are better colleges as well. You can try in IIFT BHU, DU. I think these colleges can give you better exposure but you need proper scores as well in the asked management exams to get in these but yes you can take SIIB into consideration as well because it's a good college at the end of the day and if you get finance as your specialisation then it's perfect because it is better as compared to the other specialisations.

No, getting yourself enrolled into 2nd year of a course at an organisation isn't that easy and for further information regarding it you can only do one thing and that is to enquire it yourself from the respective organisation in which you want to get admitted.

By enrolling yourself into a college for the degree or you can opt for online degree as PGDM is a costly course the online will left you with some money in your hand.
