All the above college are good but PIBM is one the best B-school in India according to my experience. PIBM is NAAC Accredited, Ranked amongst the top 100 B-schools in India by NIRF, 21st in private B-school in India & 13th in west Zone by India Today B-School. PIBM is known for its unique training methodology like SCPS Trainings, JD Based Trainings, Aptitude and Personality Development, Mentorship programme, Experiential Learning through Live Projects, Corporate Interactions, Internships. At PIBM HR students are trained on Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Preparing Job Descriptions & Job Specifications, Evaluating Employees Performance, PMS Model, Writing Job Advertisement. At PIBM students are being trained on various profiles like Training & Development, Talent Acquisition, HR business practices, HR Analytics etc. , Students are placed with Multinational Companies in diverse sectors like Karvy, Neeyamo, Reliance Jio, Reliance Industries, TIAA, Right Management, Pantaloons, Sodexo etc. The highest package offered is 17 LPA and the Average package offered is 6.5 LPA.

Chandigarh University has been awarded as the Best Student-Friendly University, which indeed it is. It is Asia's fastest-growing private university which has achieved a lot in a short period of time. Talking about my personal experience, the university is entirely residential for students including all facilities and offers a wide range of exposure. I would list down few viewpoints which would answer why you should join Chandigarh university.
1. Academics: CU follows industry-oriented course curriculum based on the input of industry experts. The faculties are experienced which focuses on enhancing project-based and experiential learning. They also encourage students to involve in research learning.
2. Campus life: Along with academics, students can actively participate in the various events organised in the campus like Tech Events, Youth Summits, Sports& Adventure etc. and explore their talent and interests. Live in concerts including famous Bollywood celebrities add immense enjoyment to the college life.
3. Global Exposure: CU welcomes students from across India and from more than 37 countries. The university has signed MOUs with many international institutions which provide students to avail for international semester exchange programs and international internship programs providing global exposure and variability in their course.
4. Fee Structure: CU offers an affordable fee structure than many other private engineering colleges along with various scholarship programs like COVID19 Warrior Scheme, merit-based, CUCET based, Wards of Defence personnel etc. The university also aids students financially by providing educational loans. For MBA in HR, both IBS Hyderabad and BIMHRD Pune are decent options where most of the faculty is good. A few are excellent. But there is a shortage. The learning atmosphere is created by the zeal of students. But check out MBA in HR from the Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence. The faculty members here are highly experienced and provide a great industry experience. They have very good on-site facilities such as learning labs, good internet connectivity, a very well-organized library, an in-house canteen, and a start-up project which is launched by Lexicon's students. There is a playground for outdoor activities. The best thing is the R&D lab which undertakes various activities and projects, and the student body is a part of it.
